Pressure, temperature and humidity transmitter in three versions: ExCos for Zones 1, 2, 21, 22, RedCos for the less stringent Zones 2 and 22, InCos for standard non-hazardous areas. Modulating analogue output for direct integration into a BMS.

ExCos-D requires a separate ExPro-C probe (temperature/humidity) – the transmitter itself contains no sensor. Only 1 ExPro-C probe can be connected to one ExCos-D.

Designation overview

What the designations and zone variants mean

ExCos-P-xxx

The number in the designation = full pressure range in Pa (e.g. “P-2500” = ±2,500 Pa).

ExCos-D

Universal transmitter without its own sensor – requires an ExPro-C probe (sold separately).

RedCos

The same transmitter for Zone 2/22 (less stringent certification than ExCos for Zone 1/2/21/22).

InCos

Version for standard environments (NOT intended for potentially explosive atmospheres), paired with InPro-C.

Certification for dust atmospheres. The temperature class depends on the housing material and ambient temperature: aluminium version T80 °C, stainless steel T95–T130 °C.
