Heating system for operating actuators at extremely low temperatures
Controlled heating system with protective jacket for ExMax/RedMax/InMax actuators of sizes S and M, allowing operation down to –50 °C. Power supply 24/48 V AC/DC or 120/240 V AC, power 60 W, operating range –50…+60 °C. The -CBR variant is designed for ExCos/ExBin/ExReg sensors in aluminium housings (operation down to –40 °C). ExPolar is certified for Zones 1, 2, 21, 22 – InPolar is the version for safe areas without Ex certification. For operation down to –60 °C we offer ExArctic/InArctic (Max/Run actuators and Cos/Bin/Reg sensors) – on request.

Add-on position switch for retrofit mounting
Retrofit module with 2 volt-free contacts for position feedback, adjustable on site. Designed for retrofitting to actuators of sizes S and M where the basic actuator variant has no switches. RedSwitch for Zone 2/22, InSwitch for safe areas without Ex certification. For ExRun/RedRun/InRun linear (stroke) actuators it is supplied as the ..Switch-R-L variant with different mounting. The notation “..Switch” (two dots) stands for any of the prefixes Ex/Red/In.

Terminal/junction box for retrofit mounting
Ex-e terminal (junction) box for retrofitting to Max actuators of sizes S and M and to Run linear (stroke) actuators. It simplifies cabling and maintenance in the field. RedBox for Zone 2/22, InBox for safe areas without Ex certification. For ExRun/RedRun/InRun actuators it is supplied as the ..Box-SW variant in combination with the external ..Switch-R-L switch.

Installation kits and accessories for probes and sensors
Small mounting accessories without their own Ex certification – complementing the installation of ExPro-C/B probes and ExCos-P, ExBin-P and ExReg-V sensors.
Installation kit for ExCos-P / ExBin-P / ExReg-V – 2 hose connectors, 2 m PVC hose (inner Ø 4–5 mm), 2 duct connection nipples (Ø 6.5 mm) and 4 mounting screws.
Mounting bracket for installation on circular ducts up to Ø 600 mm. Contents: mounting plate, EPDM gasket, 2 clamping straps (galvanised steel) and 3 M3×8 mm screws (stainless steel V2A).
